  Our swimming pool is equipped with unique technology for salting the water, ensuring its biological purity without the need for any other chemical agents (e.g. chlorine). The sea salt in the slightly salty water (cca. 0,5 %) gives it an antiseptic effect.

• Indoor cycling

  Indoor cycling is a new specially designed cycling programme developed for fitness centres. It is the most effective mental and physical cycling training programme ever developed and is run by professionally trained instructors. The programme combines basic cycling movements and motivation methods, at lessons are conducted on special stationary bicycles. A ride on such a bicycle does not demand any difficult coordination of movements. You will notice an improved after just a few lessons.

  Our gymnasium, with advanced equipment from company Technogym, guarantees an optimum excercise effect with no danger of over-exertion of joints and sinews. You can choose an individual excercise programme to perfectly meet your requirements under the expert guidance of our instructors.
